Who to contact for endangered animal evidence?

i heard that the ivory-billed woodpecker wuz endangered or extinct.. im pretty sure i saw 1 a few days ago, i managed to get a recording but my phone camera wouldnt close up enough for a picture. i kinda figured it being special to nature that the recording would be worth money if proven real, sooooo who could i contact about this? i live in AR btw if theres a organization here to talk to...
